The Trade Winds blowing almost all year, the warm waters in Guadeloupe offer ideal conditions for the practice of kite surfing. Thanks to the weather conditions, there is a great number of possible days for practicing throughout the year, the winds are of an average force of 15 to 20 knots, there are many spots of great diversity and quality for learning or practicing.
Kite-surf spots in Guadeloupe offer a wide range of conditions for surfers of various skill levels, which can satisfy beginners, as i.e. the spot of Bois-Jolan in Sainte-Anne, or else experts on the spot Les Alizés in Moule, or others in the Cul-de-sacs Marins (the huge bays between the wings of the butterfly island), the Salines in Saint-François, Les Saintes, Marie Galante etc.
One can also practice paragliding, cata-kite (small catamaran towed by a kite sail) and wheelchair paragliding. Sporting activies that will enable a greater number, also the elderly or disabled, for example, to enjoy gliding with the winds.
